Eco Resort Upgrades for Lady Elliot Island
Just days before Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort closed due to the non-essential travel ban imposed during the global pandemic, we completed the final stage of upgrading our Eco Cabins. After re-opening on the 12th June, we were so excited to finally share these upgrades with our guests and have had an incredible positive response!
The Eco Cabins are situated within 20 – 30 metres walk from the Lagoon. They are built with solid walls, and louvres for maximum air flow. The large front glass sliding doors open up to an elevated deck that is furnished with two large deck chairs for added relaxation as you enjoy the resort surrounds. The Eco Cabins are our cheapest style of accommodation with shared bathroom facilities. They are basic but comfortable glamping tents, with a five star reef experience!
The Eco Cabins were built by Australian based company Eco Structures Australia. With their low impact, environmentally sustainable design, the Eco Cabins fit nicely in our now 44 room Eco Resort.
