Lady Musgrave Experience, Island Pontoon on track!
The eagerly awaited wind and solar powered, 3 level pontoon with accommodation in the underwater observatory as part of Lady Musgrave Experience’s offering is close to reality. After some setbacks with supply due to COVID-19 completion of is expected to be as early as October.

“This development will ensure the southern area of the Great Barrier Reef is an attractive gateway for visitors, providing some of the best tourism experiences on the Reef,” Mr Brett Lakey said.
Tourism Industry Development Minister Kate Jones said the multi-level pontoon was expected to draw an extra 16,000 visitors to the region every year and drive more than $1.8 million in visitor expenditure
