Local Brewery taking off at Gladstone Airport

Gladstone Airport Corporation are delighted to have Gladstone’s local award winning beers by Ward’s Brewery on tap in Café ten28.

Recently refurbished Café ten28 is located in the departure lounge of the Gladstone Airport. The café offers light refreshments and tasty meals to departing visitors and well-wishers saying goodbye to loved ones.

Having fresh draught beer from Ward’s Brewery is a great parting treat and offers another great reason to return to Gladstone.

ON TAP! - Ward’s Lager (ABV 4.2%) and Ward’s Pale Ale (ABV 4.6%), which were recently awarded Silver and Bronze Medals respectively at the Indies 2024 in Perth.

Not bad for a local drop.

Ward's version of Paddock to Plate has arrive in Gladstone at Ward’s Brewery.

Ward’s Brewery has partnered with Voewood Brangus and Calliope Quality Meats to serve great tasting beef sourced from the Southern Great Barrier Reef region to our plates in the brewery.

Voewood Brangus has come about from hard work by Edward and Kara Quinn, 5th generation graziers. Voewood is a 22,500 acres, stud and commercial operation, situated 62km west of Gladstone on the Dawson Highway. Voewood Brangus runs a hormone free beef program on pasture improved land and values land sustainability.

Grass FED, hormone feed beef served in rump and rib fillet cuts to your liking and is perfectly matched with our award winning Black Lager.
